Owlet cam "egg hatch watch" on ustream

Molly the Owl, Ustream’s new breakout star from San Marcos, CA, recently laid six eggs, and the “egg hatch watch” has begun. Molly’s eggs are expected to hatch any day now, and she is already nursing her first newborn owlet, Max, who was born live on Ustream earlier this week.

Charlie the orphaned baby meerkat
This beautiful little fella is being raised by hand by keepers at the Chessington Zoo, after he was rejected by his parents.
According to African popular belief (mainly in the Zambian/Zimbabwean region), the meerkat is known as the sun angel, as it protects villages from the moon devil or the werewolf which is believed to attack stray cattle or lone tribesmen. (thank you wikipedia)
